Responsible for strengthening the organizational structure of affiliated Association, co-ordinate the activities and programmes of all servicing units, caters for the welfare of the staff and responsible for an efficient Office. Funds to meet the long term objectives of the Association and to establish an endowment reserve. The Unit is also responsible for the establishment and operation of FDPA Branches throughout the nation and enhance regional (Oceannia) advocacy disability issues.
