Green Pastures Hospital in Pokhara operates a facility for people with leprosy complications. ALM assists the work of Green Pastures Hospital and in any given month the physio/occupational therapy department at ALM-assisted Green Pastures Hospital will see an average of 200-250 outpatients and about 60 in-patients. |

The organization has built 14 Eye Hospitals and 26 Eye Care Centers in Nepal and was established in 1978. They provide eye care service deliver while training personnel in the hospitals and eye care centers. The operate eye camps in remote and rural areas throughout Nepal and provide prevention strategies. Specific rehabilitation programs for blind persons are held in Dang and Chitwan. |

Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children (HRDC) has been providing treatment and rehabilitation services to children with disability since 1985. HRDC was established in 1992 as a program of the Friends of the Disabled, a Nepali non-profit, non-governmental organization. It has completed over 115,000 treatments to date and has provided services in Kaski, Syangja, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur Districts. HRDC is a leading referral centre in the country for the functional mobility of physically disabled children. It is also a training centre of Kathmandu University for the Post Graduate Training Programme in Orthopedic Surgery. |
