UNDP's work in Pakistan is focused on supporting national efforts towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDG). UNDP and the rest of the UN Country Team are currently assisting the Government in reviewing the eight Goals, adapting the targets and indicators to the country, and preparing the first MDG Report. The report will benchmark the countries progress, raise awareness, and help focus national debate on specific development priorities.
