Happy New Year and best wishes to all readers throughout 2006! This quarter was filled with celebrations especially the IDDP 2005 was commemorated all over the world, showing the unity and strength of the disability community. APCD would like to support the continuity of this event. As can be seen throughout our three and a half years working with the disabilityrelated community, APCD is not only aiming to empower and create a barrier-free society internally but APCD also supports externally, for instance, aid given towards the natural catastrophe that struck our companion countries in the region.
APCD would like to take this small corner to express that APCD will continue to keep up and develop our performance for all of you out there!
