Condolence to the late Mr. Topong Kulkhanchit

APCD was deeply saddened by the sudden passing away of Mr. Topong Kulkhanchit, one of APCD's founders who served as an APCD Executive Board Member, member of the Joint Coordinating Committee, and was an APCD Resource Person. For the past 5 years, APCD has appreciated his tremendous contribution and active participation to empower persons with disabilities and promote a barrier-free society in the Asia and Pacific region. APCD will continue to carry on his effort and spirit in order to achieve full participation and equality of PWDs.
