25 representatives of national cross-disability SHO or equivalent organizations from 25 developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region
25 local participants from the following organizations in Viet Nam:
Upon necessity for the Seminar, international resource persons will be invited from the Asia-Pacific region. Local resource persons from Viet Nam will be also invited when necessary.
Representatives of relevant organizations, who are not invited by the Seminar Organizer (APCD) with necessary financial supports, can apply to the Seminar. The Seminar Organizing Committee in Viet Nam in cooperation with the Seminar Organizer (APCD) will provide the details of application process, necessary cost for them to bear, etc, upon request.
